Attendance at an information session is mandatory for Continuing Education and RAC services. Please do not apply unless you have been instructed to do so by a program coordinator or Continuing Education staff member. Applications submitted prior to attending an information session will not be reviewed and application fees may not be reimbursed.



Non-refundable application fees will apply and may be paid by VISA, MasterCard, VISA Debit, or MasterCard Debit cards.

Day Division: Please note that our admission decisions are based on academic record and admission requirements. Champlain College Saint-Lambert does not have a 2nd choice or 2nd round of admissions.

Champlain St-Lambert collects applicant’s personal information through its application system for admissions-related analysis. For those admitted students, this collected information will be an integral part of the managing of the student file as well as for academic and registration purposes. Without this collected personal information, Champlain St-Lambert cannot complete the analysis of your file nor assign a course load if admitted.

The College’s Academic Departments as well as Registrar’s Office, through its Management, Records, Academic Advising departments as well as Student Services and College’s Faculty may have access to your personal information.

It is important to note that as per the Act respecting access to documents held by public bodies and the protection of personal information, you have the right to access the personal information in your file as well as the right to correct it when necessary.

If you have studied in Quebec, please ensure you have included your correct permanent code in order to obtain high school and college records from the *Ministère de l’Éducation* or/and the educational institutions you attended. Moreover, for those admitted students, the information provided by the student including citizenship and identity will be verified with the *Ministère de l’Éducation*.

For those applicants whose documentation is from outside the province of Quebec, Champlain St-Lambert, through the Registrar’s Office, reserves the right to complete a verification and authentication process.

I, the applicant, confirm that the information provided in this application is accurate and authorize Champlain St-Lambert and its employees to verify the information and documents provided in this application. As well, I confirm that by completing this application, I consent and understand how Champlain St-Lambert will collect and manage the information in my file for admissions and file management purposes.
